In my system iR5570 ,scaning not working,we already changrd feeder also,not showing that scaner itsself
In the scanner assembly there is 1 green colour circuit chip that controls the scanner unit.if that chjip is faulty this happen .in this caSse the unit chip has to be replaced.the cost of the chip is near to $7
