I just got my samsung alias (sch-u740) a few hours ago by fed-ex and it's displaying the time and date, but when i try calling someone, a message pops up that says "initial programming needed." what do i do?
When the screen says inital programing needed or w/e you can still dial. only when that screen is up though. Do not press okay, try to get that screen back, itss not that had, but you can only dial when that screen is up, just dial the number your paper tells you to
U need to activate it..look for the paper in the box and u have to call a number..
Read ur instruction book and follow prompt,,,,if no luck go in touch with samsung customer care.....
