What is the auto shift button for on a crock pot?
It does just what it says . its a great feature . in auto shift mode the pot will be on high untill it reaches full boil or a pre set time has gone by .... most people start there crock pots on high and turn them to low when it gets cooking .....this does it for you ... happy crock poting ...Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . Cactus Bob you saved the day!!! My mom passed away and I inherited her crock pot without the instructions thus I had no idea what autoshift meant. Makes sense though. Thanks for allowing me to enjoy my mom's crockpot to the fullest now!!!!
