Software problems? hi - i can see and hear the videos (playback) on the little machine, but they won't play on my computer when i open it up - and the movie mix feature doesn't work either - it goes to 20% and just stops and says there is a file error... any ideas?

Have you loaded the file that came with from cd some suply xvid to install this is a codec for decoding files try another program to import from and convert over to mpeg from avi or asf format you did'nt say which format your files are in. hope this helps
