Radio Shack has a manual for the PRO-83 scanner online in Pdf format. It worked great for me and I honsetly could not tell any difference in the PRO-83 and my PRO-84 !! It worked great for me and I had my scanner set up and working very quickly!! Hope this helps you all as much as it did me.. the manual is for the PRO-83 200 Channel compact scanner w/signal stalker search and lighted keypad.

My Pro-84 has 20 codes and 2 banks already in it. I can't get it to 3 and up. I finally got it out of being locked. I need to add local codes.
