All my music disappear. the media player doesnt recognise the mp3 player and when i turn it on a message appears on the screen saying "Refresh database fail"
ALL DATA WILL BE LOST WITH THIS PROCEDURE!! You can try a ROM recovery. - TURN OFF UNIT - Place hold switch so orange shows - Hold down the REC button with the red dot on the side of the player. - Whilst holding the REC button, press the power button as if to turn on the unit - Let go of the REC button You should see the recovery console. YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA!! However you will also have a working player. Hope this helps.
If ALL else fails or you are in the BLUE RING category (only thing that happens is blue ring lights up)

Hi i have a mp3 player sansa e280. When i turn on the mp3 player it says refresh database fail i try every thing it's doesn't work helpppp me plsssssssssssss.
