What does E000020-0010 error code mean and what do I need to do to fix it?
E0020 is to do with there not being enough toner in the developer unit.
Firstly it may be a good idea to check/change to toner cartridge.
Switch off and disconnect from mains for the next bit.....
If ok remove the developer roller, cover is above the manual tray on the right hand side then once inside dev unit has connectors at either side, check they are properly seated. If you need to remove the dev there are several black screws around a metal plate all need removing. The roller should be black with toner. May need replacing depending on age and usage of copier.

reinstall the toner. go to service mode select COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TONER-S>START>OK
