Memory problem Iam not abel to get the songs stored in it.The mp3 get stuck a lot.In pc its memory reads as 0 bytes.What should I do?

I would add to the last reply that you should make sure that when you format, you choose "FAT32". If you pick "NTFS", you may not have access to the full capacity of the mp3 player.

HI,

Try resetting your Mp3 player.You might loose the songs which are already stored.To reset the player
Step1: Open "My computer".
Step2: Plug your mp3 in.
Step3:Right click on your mp3 hard drive on your computer
Step4:Click on "format..."
Step5: a screen will pop up and say "Quick format" Then click quick format then hit the start button
