Setup Issues

Question

Just purchased the 3CREVF100-73 VPN Firewall. This is what I have done so far. Remove old firewall from network, Copied then applied same settings in old firewall to the 3COM VPN Firewall. Setup Default gateway, rules, etc. on 3Com When I connect the other switches into the 3Com VPN firewall - I can get to the internet but when I try to open email (Outlook) with exchange server. It does not want to connect to the server.

You might have to create a custom exception rule for Outlook.exe, but this can create compromises to your overall security.

Also be aware that 3com has a support forum online that may be of some assistance if you can't get it work.
