1. check your audio properties and see if the volume is on and make sure mute is not checked. 3. try to see if your audio card is messed up by trying a diffrent audio input on your computer 2. remove and re-install using included disk drivers not the windows drivers following the directions carefully.

Microphone doesn't work. Not registering when use Audio Settings Wizard.
i have tried and tried and cant get the mic to work on the cam at all it said that it comes with a mic built in it i got it from walmart
