I have to assume you mean logging into a web site of some kind.
The 'code' that you type in IS NOT THE PROBLEM. That is only to prove you are human and not a computer trying to access the site.
The Problem is the log in info you are using. The Log In NAME and PASSWORD need to be correct. The extra funny looking info [code] is not the log in info, just human proof.
You may need to follow a link for 'Forgotten Password' or 'Log in name' to help you log in.
