While there are programs and companies out there that will provide unlocking information, the easiest (and legal) way to do it is to call the provider they are locked to. If you got the phones from a third party, say E-bay just tell them that and they will give you the unlocking information. If you want them unlocked for international traveling, tell them that and they will give you the information. If you are under contract and you just want to unlock them to use them with another carrier, DO NOT mention that, use the above suggestions.
