Are you certain the error code is E AE? Is it possible that
the error code is missing characters? According from my research EAE is not a
valid error code. Meanwhile, let's try resetting the washer by either
unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It
is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the washer on. If
resetting the power does not correct the issue, could you please advise me of
the new error code or if it continues to display E AE? With this information I
can better address the issue at hand. Thank you!
