Problem started when I needed help to fix my computer after it crashed. Went into LOG-IN on Symantec and my own pasword not accepted .Asked for help and received3QJ3P946 as temp. When I went in 2 days later to change this to my own I was informed temp.was incorrect so I could not proceed.
