Hi your problem will be with a stuck key this not allowing other buttons to work the only way to solve this problem is to remove the outer casing and clean the pads behind the buttons it might have evn got damp and coroded as this causes the problems your describing.
The big problem is taking the phone apart as its not east to do and it also needs to be undone in certain order else you can warp the board destroying the phone completely and when putting back to gether it has to be done in certain order and the screws have to be tighten up to certain tension else the board will also warp.
If you are unsure of what you are doing then dont do it as you can destroy the phone beyond repair ok
You can try searching online for instructions on how to remove the cases but these are hard to come buy but would be of help to you.
Of unsure take it to phone shop as it wont cost to much to get repaired and it would save you destroying the phone beyond repair
Its not just the screws that need undoing their are also clips running along edge of the case and as its a slide phone their is a spring between the two halves that need removing before the ases can come off but this spring can destroy the ribbon betweent the two halves so be warned ok

Hi,
You should try to reflash your phone's firmware.

SOURCE: When I turn my phone on it ask for a security code
There is no master security code. If it is asking means you changed to original which was 12345. Now without the new code it will not let you move until you re-install the firmware.
