Hi,
The issue you are experiencing with your printer i.e error 2200 is related to "Scan Carrier Stall error" I believe the steps mentioned below will fix the issue,
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
2. Disconnect the power supply from the back of the printer.
3. Wait 15 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power supply to the back of the printer.
5. Plug the power cord back into the wall socket.
I would appreciate if you could let me know if you have refilled the black cartridge, cause Dell printer often give error messages if the cartridges are refilled and not replaced with an original Dell one. If you have done so please replace the cartridge with a genuine Dell cartridge.

I had the same error message 50c and "color Ink low". I knew that I still had Black Ink, and that is what I just needed for the moment, so I removed the color Ink cartridge and it started working. You'll get a message 'print cartridge missing' but just press continue.
Hope this helps,

The new magenta cartridge you put in is bad. If you put the old one back in then you get the low toner message. Take the new cartridge back and get another new one. I found the answer on the dell troubleshoot website

From doing my research, I have found that the 50C Error message comes from the cartridge, usually if it has been refilled. If this cartridge is new, please return it to the place of purchase for a new one or a refund.
Here's what happens when you refill the Dell Series 2 ink cartridges. There is a sensor in them that cannot be reset.
Dell ink cartridges can only be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's website.
Dell ink cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low
once it reaches a certain level. The sensor can not be reset. If you
refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it may print
fine, but the sensor will always report low ink. Buying or replacing
ink cartridges with new Dell cartridges will resolve the low ink
message.
Dell discourages ink refills. Refilling ink may lead to print
quality problems, and even eventual hardware problems.
if u have not refilled ur cartridge and u still get this error i suggest u buy a new cartridge.....
good luck
have a nice day
