Hi, According to Adobe, the minimum requirement for Adobe Photoshop CS2 are: Intel Xeon, Xeon Dual, Intel Centrino, or Pentium III or 4 processor Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4, or Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or 2 320MB of RAM (384MB recommended) 650MB of available hard-disk space 1,024x768 monitor resolution with 16-bit video card CD-ROM drive Internet or phone connection required for product activation With the 384MB recommended memory and Windows will use say 120mb, it might be better to have 512 of memory. Of course the lower your processor speed, the slower the software. With the minimum of 650MB of available hard-disk space, you would still need a pretty big swap file say 1024mb if with 512 memory. It is also to your advantage if you constantly defrag your HD. Adobe does not specify a video card requirement but you would probably be better off with a 128 or a 256 mb. Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back with details of your motherboard/PC or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.
