It sounds like you are asking about creating multiple lines in one cell. If you are typing in a cell and want to go to a 2nd line in the same cell - click (alt + enter). That will create a 2nd line in the same cell.
Do you want to add more content or add 2 or more values of the cell?
Highlight the text within the cell by: 1. Double click on the text, 2. Highlight the area to be copied, 3. Cut (Ctrl X) or Copy (Ctrl C) as you wish. 4. Move the mouse pointer to where you want to insert, and either right click & paste, or use (Ctrl V) to Paste. Hope this helps. Colin Simm
