E73: General Hardware Error: Ethernet port... this error is caused by a problem with the Ethernet port and, you will have to send this to Microsoft for this repair. The Ethernet port is integrated and is part of the main motherboard. if its malfunctioning, the entire board will have to be replaced.

Call this number for a repair ticket. if you have not opened your X box console and it is not a year old, this repair should be free.
