Go to application manager.
Open settings.
Make sure : software installation is set to "ALL".
And online certification check is set to "OFF".

This is not your mobile problem. It is theme problem which you are trying to install. Theme may certificate error. Try to install another theme. Or set time to your mobile if you have invalid time on your mobile. Hope your problem fixed.
