I understand that you are receiving an Error code 55. Typically the best way to try and clear this would be to reset the appliance for at least 3 minutes. You would do this by either unplugging the washer or cutting the power off at the circuit breaker. When you return the power, try and start another wash and if you are still receiving the error 55 code I would call the manufacturer for further help.
