I have a EX200-3 it starts but has no power. when I use any function it wants to stall. Except for the bucket function, when i use this function the engine frees up. I brought it to a mechinic but they couldnt find the problem and even made the problem worse. So when I start it up the engine sounds like there is a heavy load on it and ready to stall, this problem began and has become worse to the point I can not use the machine. Help please....

Hi mate, it sounds like a fuel system problem, do these checks:

1. Make sure fuel is fuel
2. Check that fuel runs freely from fuel line to injector pump.
3. Replace fuel filter.
4. Clean any inline sediment screens and sediment/water traps.
5 .Bleed fuel system at injector pump.

Other possible causes:

Dirty Air filter

Cylinder Head Valve Tappets need adjusting

Fuel injector pump not timed correctly ( this would not be a progressive problem but would occur if pump had been reinstalled and timed incorrectly.)

Hope this helps.
