For god sake, i want to talk to customer support... you guys don't even have a 1-800 number posted....disgusting.....I am very upset with your cheap product...i guess i won't be buying protron dvd players from now on.....Whenever I put a dvd, it keeps on saying wrond disc and makes a wierd sound....please solve my problem and also give me your customer support phone number

Every disc we put in says wrong disc. There are enough people with this problem that someone should that protron should know it's a defect. Please help.
It's says wrong dis? Half way through watching it breaks up or sticks on a
picture? My user manual has info on the remote but what is a pscan? No where in the manual tells me.
