Nintendo DSi Shop - Nintendo Points Card

There appears to be a problem using the Nintendo Points Card.
  • Make sure you are entering the number in the correct field in the Nintendo DSi Shop.
    • For Nintendo Points Card redemption, enter the number off the Nintendo Points Card in the "Add Nintendo DSi Points" section off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, and select "Redeem Nintendo Points Card."
    • If you are attempting to add points with a Visa or MasterCard, enter your card information in the "Add Nintendo DSi Points" section off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, and select "Buy Nintendo DSi Points with a Credit Card."

Error Code: 206602 Wii Shop - Nintendo Points Card, or Wii Download Ticket Error There appears to be a problem using the Nintendo Points Card, or a Wii Shop Download Ticket.
  • Make sure you are entering the number in the correct field in the Wii Shop Channel.
    • For Wii Points Card and Nintendo Points Card redemption, select "Add Wii Points" from the main page of the Wii Shop Channel, and then "Redeem Nintendo Points Card." The following screen will have a section for entering the points card number.
    • To redeem a Wii Download Ticket number, such as for the Wii Speak Channel, select "Settings and Features" from the main page of the Wii Shop Channel, and then, "Wii Download Ticket." The following screen will have a section for entering the download ticket number.
  • After verifying you are entering the number in the correct location, retry the number again and make sure it is being entered correctly.

I was redeeming 2000 points and I pressed the redeem button and the error code:205838 popped up.

If when downloading you had an error and redeem code no longer works states that PS has accepted your code as a customer you should be able to now redownload it for free seeing it was already purchased just go to the market and attempt to download the item without code if this does not work I would call PS ASAP so you can get refunded.

Right click on "redeem" on the itunes home page. It will give you a choice to open or copy - choose "copy this link". Then paste it into a new internet explorer window. Accept the security prompt then it should load up the space to put your code in.

Error (-1202). what is this how do I fix it
First way around the 1202 error is a pretty easy fix. Right click on "redeem" on the itunes home page. It will give you a choice to open or copy - choose "copy this link". Then paste it into a new internet explorer window. Accept the security prompt then it should load up the space to put your code in.

Second fix is also simple just CHECK YOUR COMPUTERS SYSTEM DATE AND TIME. If not correct then adjust and should be you sorted.
