We're happy to help you with getting your DISH Network remote addressed to your TV. We're going to start by pressing and holding the TV button on the top of your remote until all mode button back lights come on, and then release. Use the number buttons to enter the codes for your Vizio TV; here are some of the codes we currently have: 505, 598, 627, 520, and 627. Press the pound (#) button to save the code in your remote. To check that the code works try several different functions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate the TV. Remember that some codes may not be compatible with your equipment. If this is the case, try the other codes listed for your Vizio TV until you find one that is compatible with it.

Remote codes for set top boxes (aka cable/satellite boxes) are the responsibility of the service provider to generate. You have to call Dish network and ask them for a code, dont let them xfer you to Vizio THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP.

4.0 and 4.4 IR/UHF remotes - codes 505, 627, 766, 864, 593.
6.0, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 IR/UHF remotes - codes 627, 505, 678, 458, 825, 758, 520, 766.
20.0 IR and 21.0 IR/UHF remotes - codes 505, 598, 627, 523, 520, 720.

Instructions for addressing the remote to the TV

1. Turn the Television On.
2. Press and hold the TV mode button until all the other mode buttons light up red.
   
3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
4. Press the pound(#) button once.
   Note: The LED will flash three times.
5. Test functionality with the TV.
6. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.

4. Try the TV functions.

Look at manual for the remote to see if it has a search mode--allows you to try one at a time in sequence every possible code the remote has. Not all remotes will program for all units.
