E005 Hi, I'd like to know how to resolve this error. I have already reset the WEB counter and still having problem. Thanks a lot

I get the same Error 005. The copier was bumped into and the duplexer was bumped away from the main unit. It found a broken gear on the small tray on the right "Tray 1", it has 28 teeth on the gear that moves the tray up and down.

I can't get the 2ND from the bottom tray open, it is jammed. Any help? I pulled most of the trays out and felt around. I can't find what is hanging up the tray from sliding out.....

    Thanks in advance!

On this copier you have to reset the error code by getting into service mode, depressing *, 4, * , right arrow once to the ERROR screen and then depressing " OK ". Copier should momentarily turn itself off, then come back on again and all should be ready. I'm assuming that the WEB is installed properly with the supply roller coming up over the top and going back down the the take up roller. Good luck.
