Hello Winnie - Error code 14 means that there is a communication failure with the key sensor for cook place 4 (left position) - right board. Base on the intensity of the issue; contact a professional technician to diagnose the following: Test flex cable between boards, change right board, change center board (on 36" models only), change left board.
