Doesn't complete back up. Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library message opens up saying: Runtime Error!
Program C:ProgramFiles\Seagate\Seagate DashBoard2.0\NBCore.exe
abnormal program termination

Sounds like you have ran a scan on your drive and the software has become corrupt.

Download the utility from Seagate and try again
