I am changing the security code of nokia 101 & forget the old security code

There have been some reported cases where operators have changed security codes on some phones.

In these cases, the security code will be shown on the product information label on the box, usually close to the IMEI number. This number is not always marked as a security code.

If your phone was provided to you by your network operator, will not accept the code 12345, and you are certain that you have not changed it, then it is worth checking the product information label on the box before you go for the Care Point option, just in case.

Just follow the steps
Take a full backup.

First Try it:
You may try default phone and security code to remove it
Defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 you can use it

if the problem is same do the next,

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
If
Soft reset( factory setting)

On Symbian phones:
*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone (back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!)

Hard reset
Back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!

Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold three keys at a time;it is called "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you see formatting.

If you don't understand, again follow the step.
You will use three finger for pres three keys ."green phone"+ "3" +star( *) and pres the power on switch.

All switch will be pressed at a time.

Soon an formatting text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch,

Remember.
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory stetting.
