Hi,
C2557: Abnormally low toner density detected black TCR sensor.
Detailed Error code explained below.
Possiable solutions.
* Open and close the front toner door.
* Restart the machine by turning off the LCD screen power switch, then by the main body switch located behind the access panel above tray 1 indicator light.
* Call Konica to get a tech out.
C2557 Abnormally low toner
density detected black
TCR sensor
• When sampling data is determined in TC
ratio calculation control, TCR sensor output
is higher than a predetermined value for a
predetermined number of times in a row
even though there is toner in the sub hopper.

I have an error code C-2557 on this Biz 350 with the finisher, without the the finisher m/c works fine
C-2557 ATDC sensor malfunction.Enter in the service mode press following keys:
Utility-Metercount-Details-STOP-0-0-Stop-0-1-press 00000000 press Enter in Tech. mode select Printer than select ATDC gain and read the ATDC current value.If the value is situate 150-160 increase the value to 164-174 (to change the value press C and entering the new value)return in the copy mode turn OFF the copier open the rigy door than close and turn ON the copier and make a few copies.If the error persist discrease the ATDC value and make some copies.If the code persist change the developer .Before change the developer reset the special parts counter I/U counter,developer.After change the developer perform F8 and verify the new value to ATDC gain and notice.
