Your pushchair should be covered under warranty so take it back to shop and ask them to replace the chassis for a new one before the problem you have will only get worse as time goes on. check out this site they give good advise www.buggypitstop.co.uk

In short, no. There are no buggy boards that are suitable for the Bee.

There is no easy fix for the Bee seat adjuster you can buy a new seat for the original Bee but not the Bee+ as yet. Here's one seller www.babycare.nl/bugaboo-bee-seat-frame-p-2555.html a google should find more. Check the problem is within the seat unit before you buy one.

I had the same problem. The stroller was not fully unfolded. Verify if the you have heard the clicks on both sides and the green spots on top of the handlebars are completely visible.
