Hi, I have a similar problem, but the error code is 7410:0104645. The printer had had paper jam before the error message showed up on the screen. I already cleared the paper jam, replaced the toner, and reset the printer a couple times. But the message is still there. Can anyone help me with this problem? I really appreciate your help
