    while the printer operates , suddenly a message appear (the cable does not connect or the printer is tunn of),,and in the device maneger there is exclamation mark on the usb printing port ,, please help me to fix the problem

    Hi,
    Try unplugging the printer from the usb . Then try another usb device in the same usb port as he printer was in to make sure the usb port works. This is step 1 in trying to solve the problem.

Try removing the software for the printer again and disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Reinstall the software and after its finished reinstalling, reconnect the USB cable to computer. Many USB printers require you to install the software first without the printer connected to the computer.
