I have a Sprint Google Samsung Model SPH-L700 that a friend sold me before they moved now it's locked the top number is DEC 256691423310000022 the bottom one is HEX 99000113989696 please help my parents house burned down and I need to be able to be in contact with them.
I also have no way to use * or # only numbers on the screen that pops up.
