Your Primary Transfer Corona stick is dead. I'm assuming you have a color copier where the stick is screwed into a bracket between your first transfer belt and your color sensors. One shoulder screw holds the PTC in, once unscrewed it slides out and a new one goes in. I find a few of these that fail before their rated life and keep used spares handy. They're included with the 1st transfer maint. kit or you can also order the PTC separately from the dealer.
