Good morning sir, my ir machine is 3300 the problem is showing to my machine is E000003-0000 please suggest me answer

First try to clear this error form service mode:
press aditional function once
press number 2 and 8 together
press aditional function again
screen should dysplay "copier", if doesnt, repeat the procedure until it does
when "COPIER" appear press on it
press "FUNCTION"
press "CLEAR"
press "ERR"
press ok in the lower corner of the screen.
then turn off the machine form the main switch at the right side for 5 seconds
turn back on the machine and make some copies
if problem persist replace the fixing heater assembly
yaar mera machine theek nahi ho raha hai error hataane ke baad bhi mera machine me bhi yahi code dikha raha hai
