When I select any one of three functions they will not turn on. Example:interior waterfall,interior waterfall lite or exterior fountain. All else works fine.
Go into one touch function remove what you dont want to come on

Based on the error, it sounds like the control panel's processor has completely malfunctioned (the firmware rev popping up pretty much clinches it) See if there is a way to hard reset the panel in the documentation, bar that I suspect you will have to approach the manufacturer for an RMA/Service call if it is still in warranty.
