At first, my printer can print a little bit of text with black lines of unclear text and also at that time, it still prints colored text however not black text. Later, it just doesn't print at all neither colorful nor black text. And only a white page came out after I try to print a document. I've tried to clean the printer and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work. However, I can print a web page online with color and gray text perfectly well.

Hello we have had customers with this problem and this model printer We came upon this type of problem also exhibited the same lining when you did a nozzle check independant of the computer (not attached to computer and just using the internal head check print) This was a cartridge problem and after replacing the cartridge the problem stopped.

A horizontal line U say and U don't have problems in B&W pages.... ( on the length or width af a A4 page?) the yellow line is just a line or parallel lines at the same distance?.
1-st of all try replacing the Y cartidge.

Had the same issue... No black ink. Called the # from "Solution #1" guest, 18004216699. Had to patiently go through all the basic trouble shooting stuff like calibration, print head clean, demo print, etc. Once I went through that, they issued me a new print head for free, no shipping charges or anything. Just did this today, but they say I should have the print head in 3 days.
For once, service worked like it should!

Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect
the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do
both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer
to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
