Where is/what is refresh combination?
Right click on an area of a toolbar and click customize. If the button is in there, move it.
If it is not in there, first right click on an empty area of a toolbar and click on the unchecked toolbars to activate them. If the refresh button is on one of these, then right click on an empty area of a toolbar and choose customize. Simply move the button to where you want it.
