Look inside the camera to the front.wou will see 2 solder bloba,run a line of solder between them to by pass the dew,it works

the dew indicator is on quite often and prevents me from taking many pictures that I would like to have had. I have loaded my carrying case with silica sacks to try to keep the camera dry. This helps a little but does not at all times.
sharp vl-z3u DEW problem somebody told me it was a soldering joint inside the tape cover ,which one???
Dew indicator comes on consistently now that Camcorder is a few years old. Has silica bags in the carry case
