Model B6000c The indicator says EEE and refuses all commands. Unplugging the machine does not modify the program ?
Just a hunch, try holding down the start button for 3 secs, let me know if it works please.

Usually answered in minutes!
The indicator shows...menu 1 time 3:18 for a fraction of a second when the machine is re-plugged.
...then it goes EEE again and all functions are useless
