Hi trying to load a bluetooth dongal but have come up with an error code 43?

Code 43 means that your device have problems in hardware, this can be simple to solve, ussualy this is caused by short-circuited cables, connectors,or the circuit board. Try to open up your device and try to see if there is any loose cables. One of the top places to be broken in a USB device is the connector between the USB and the Circuit board, try to connect them back by soldering process. N/b: you may see that the USB have 4 connector,, it looks like this: liil., the ones in the middle are data cables, that is the one which probably gave you a hard time.

Hey hey, like osborne382 metioned be sure to check the newest drivers for the device are installed on your computer.
But if you are still having trouble like i was -_- try enabling and disabling the driver thats what fixed mine.

Learned from another site, its a EASY FIX. If you are on a laptop then shutdown, remove battery and the power cable, try to start to drain all juice from system. Then put battery and plug back in bam, its back. They get corrupted and this fixes it.
Same on desktop, shutdown, unplug and try to start, then plug back in and bam, its fixed.
Uninstall the driver... install again.. or else try add new hardware
