Quantum IBM Autoloader
Type: 3623-2Sx
Problem: Error Code AO 60 and Error Code AO 27
This is basically a device that holds SDLT Tapes for backup purposes.It kept coming up with the above mentioned errors and I really need your expertise and assistance in clarifying whats these errors referring to and how I can fix it.

what software are you using? try not backing up the system state to see if that changes anything?

A0= Error occurred during carousel movement (position not found). Could be caused by a carousel motor power issue, a missing or misaligned cartridge carrier, an obstruction, or an unexpected cartridge in the carousel path.
I also advise you to update the FW of the loader.

The library picker arm cannot move to the home position. There could be something blocking it. Try the Reset option from the Configuration menu. This is detailed in the library user guide.
