The camera does not snap a picture when I press the flash button. At the time the camera failed to take pictures, I sent a request to the manufacturing company provide the way to get the camera repaired. They provided a cost factor and I prepared to send the camera for repair. I have not been able to contact them again. Any suggestions? I live in Texas. (281-498-1728) is my telephone numer.
