I press the forget password buttom
Android tablet? completely turn it off and leave it off
1. hold down the power button with the volume down key
2. you will be in the android restore menu
3. you can use the volume keys to navigate trough the menu and power is select
4. select factory reset or any of the choices that says a data wipe or restore will be made..
5. after that option is done your table should be erasing in no time and ready to use
tryed this and nothing. it went black then wouldn't do anything. its just a black screen .... I don't know what to do now.... help
