I have ir 5570 re-condition,i use folio paper with adf ir 5570 and i get a result is cut,can help me???can give me a setting machine or adf ???
We have ir 5570,the problem is that it is not detecting papers in
cassette. i have paper filled in the cassette but nothing is show that paper is present
First check the settings in the paper cassette of the machine and make sure it is correct paper setting set for the tipe of paper.Check the paper detection sensors on top of the dadf and test -if you push them down they must return instandly.If the sensors take a while to return to home possition,the copier calculate a diffrend papersize.
It also help if you blow the dadf with compressed air.
