I have drained drum from hose on front panel. It will not rinse, spin and drain my blanket. Cleaned all drains. I hear the hum of the pump.
SOURCE: where is the drain filter and the spin rinse sensor located on
Have not heard of a part called a "spin rinse sensor". Drain filter is located behind the small access door at the bottom left on front of the machine. Use small hose there to drain remaining water out of pump and hoses, then unscrew the big thing on the right side (end of the filter).

Well, you have covered the usual reason for a no drain (and of course it won't spin if it wont drain because it's meant to stop the spin if there's water still in there). It sounds like the empty pump has failed. Can you hear it whirring on the empty cycle?
If you get under the machine and locate the pump, most have a fan-like assembly you can grab hold of and turn manually, occasionally this will free the pump up if it has something caught in it or the bearings are a little stiff. Next step is to remove it and clean it out, then run it on the bench and check it works. You will either fix it, or know that it's dead and have to get a new one at this point

There is a small panel on the bottom left front of the washer with a tab on the top middle holding it onto the front of the washer. depress this tab with a small flathead screwdriver and the panel will open downward. You will now see a small round black piece on the left with a flat screw head on it, about an inch in diameter. unscrew this about a quarter of a turn and it will come out with a small hose attached. This is connected to the drain pump. Have a shop vac ready, pull the black plug out of the hose and this will drain the pump. The larger round piece on the right, about 3 inches in diameter is your drain pump. After draining all the water unscrew it with your hand. When you get this out it will have a screen attached which needs to be cleaned at least once a year.

Replace the Drain Pump. Its very cheap to replace, so do not worry. The impeller magnet was most likely damaged by a small object or normal wear & tear,
If you want to be sure, first remove it and attach power to its 2 pins.
Good Luck :-) - J.Q

Have you already check your drain clean out? If it's not draining, you'll need to manually drain the washer, via the small hose that pulls out, once it is drained you can unscrew the large clean out filter, and see if anything is caught up in that area.
If all that is clear, it's most likely, you'll need a new drain motor. Also, did you notice if your getting a "OE" error code on the display?
