The router is having a problem then and an issue with your WII console being connected to the router.

This code means that your internet connection is interrupted. The only thing that I can think of is changing the channel on your router. Sometimes wireless interference happens. They recommend changing your wireless router's channel to 1 or 11 instead of typically 6. Also if you get this on Wii shop channel, it means that sometimes the shop channel is down temporarily.
