I have a copystar with a E07 code it only print 1/4 of the page then gives me an E07 code.

Did you disconnect telephone line?
C710 : Interrupted Communication at the Destination.
If you're the sender, it's happening outside your machine.

C710 Toner sensor problem
• The sensor output voltage is outside
the range of 0.5 to 4.5 V during toner control.
• The toner sensor control voltage cannot be set within the setting range when maintenance item U130 is run.
Try removing and refitting drum and toner.
if this does not help you may have damaged your toner cartridge or the sensor
