Vga problem i formated a system without having the board driver, so now am facing the problem of vga the resolution is dezzy and not clear even the sound and mutimedia is not working properly.

Go to the DELL.COM or dell.co.uk website and look for the support download page. Type in your model name and it is supposed to give you a list of all the drivers for your computer... that is obviously the VGA drivers as well

Yeah, I agree with him. Find your drivers out and then go to downloads.com, Intel.com, or Dell.com to find the drivers for the machine. It will take some time if you don't know what you are doing but if you do, it should take little time and should work out great. No disrespect to you though. I hope me or him helped you in any way.
